Surgical Kits: Reorganization and Preparation for lnformatizated Program

This study was carried through in the Surgical Center of University Hospital of São Paulo and the objective was to reorganize surgical kits to introduce a computerize system of materials supplement. To reorganize the 1 5 2 kits has been made modifications in content, in the methodology of supplement system and preservation of the ma teriais. After that, it was possible to reduce the (152 kits for 90), providing more organization, time reduction to clean the surgery room, list control, materiais consumption and, finally, prepare them for the supply chain system increase in the institution
