Evalution of the microbian barrier in the surgical simple fidd

The aim of the study was to eva!uate the microbian weight and barrier oi símple surgícal h'e/ds1 100% oi cotton1 serge 2/ 11 accordíng to the standan'zation o! the Associação Brasileira de Normas Técnicas (ABNT) and the number oi processing The German Method DIN 58 . 9531 part 6 and the microbe Staphylococcus aureus were used in the microbio/ogícal research. The microbe Staphylococcus aureus1 ATCC 6538 was inocu!ated 2.6 x 101 in each of the four points o! the surgíca/ fie/d. The microbio/ogica/ results demonstrated the microbian effectiveness barrier untt! the 5th reprocessing.
